Sea Activities in the Dominican Republic are endless.
We are tied to the ocean. And when we go back to the sea, whether it is to sail or to watch - we are going back from whence we came

Whale Watching
Directly from the Gazebo of Villa Tres Amarras, from mid-January to the end of March, watch the humpback whales make their annual migratory journey from polar waters to tropical waters.
Fascinating to watch, they will jump and play right in front of you for hours while you are comfortably seated, a glass of white wine at the Gazebo.

Catamaran
Experience the peaceful environment of the Caribbean Sea aboard a catamaran on a sailing journey from Sosua to the Ocean World Marina. Along the way, you'll stop at two snorkeling spots to explore the underwater world using the provided snorkeling equipment. Back on board, dry off and dig in to the buffet lunch, accompanied by drinks from the open bar.

WindSurfing & KiteBordinG
Fly your kite, improve your skills, ride in waves, tricks in flat water or downwinds, come to discover the best spots of Cabarete.
The Dominican Republic is the first Caribbean destination for adventure sports. Well-known for its nice beaches and coral reefs, but also for its wave and everlasting winds for Beginner and advance, rental or Day trip. Let us know & we will find the perfect package.

Snorkling
The Dominican Republic as a whole offers some great, quality snorkeling conditions. The waters of many areas are clear and calm with great visibility thanks to reefs and shoals that protect many coast lines. Plus, temperatures range from 75 to 83 degrees all year long. The stage couldn't be better set.

Magic Mushroom
Shaped like a mushroom–rounded at the top and thinning at the bottom–this canyon adventure offers an exhilarating day of canyoning and rappelling in the cool rivers of Cabarete. You’ll need a good level of fitness for this activity, but the rest is faced step by step–from small and large jumps which are optional, to a couple of intense rappels down 60 meters (197 feet). Take a breather afterwards with a swim in the river.

Limon WaterFall
Reaching El Limón waterfall is an adventure that takes you on a 2.5-kilometer (1.5-mile) journey through thick forest, on horseback or on foot down lush hilly terrain. You can also go canyoning through El Limón river to reach the falls. Once at the falls, marvel at the beauty of El Limón’s tumbling cascade–dropping 40 meters (130 feet) from the top of Sierra de Samaná. Cool off in the freshwater emerald pool beneath the falls.

Deep Sea Fishing
If you’re up for a fishing adventure in the pristine waters of the Dominican Republic Captain Randy Rode has been in the charter boat industry for over 40 years.
Capt. Randy will have the very best fishing equipment ready for you, and you’ll be fishing using live bait, as well as a range of artificial lures. The captain will be happy to clean and bag your catch for you, so you can take it home and have a nice family dinner.

Surfing
Playa Grande in Amber Coast is an exposed reef break that has pretty consistent surf. Winter and spring are the optimum times of year to visit. Offshore winds blow from the southeast.
The great thing about choosing a surf Holiday in the Dominican Republic is that there is that there are approximately 350 surfable days each year.

Laguna Gri-Gri
Laguna Gri-Gri is one of the country’s major bird sanctuaries, set along a peaceful lagoon flanked by thick mangroves. Boat rides take you along this mystical lagoon at any time of day, though sunset is the best time to see egrets, and vultures soaring and chirping loudly above the mangroves as you pass and eventually leading up to the sea. Tours of the lagoon includes a stop at Cueva de Las Golondrinas, facing a turquoise, shallow cove where you can take a swim.
